A Look Back

Is leaking normal? How often should I really be pooping? I can't use a tampon, am I weird? What do you mean I shouldn't be going to the bathroom every hour? Pain with sex isn't just how it is supposed to be?

Learn the basics about the pelvic floor and what is & IS NOT normal while we debunk several pelvic floor myths in this foundational workshop.

This workshop is perfect for EVERYONE with a pelvis as we will be covering a multitude of topics across the gender spectrum.

How do you really know you are ready to

return to running after having a baby? Join us to find out! During this workshop we will:

  • discuss anatomy & the effects of delivery on your return to running
  • perform a return to running assessment to help isolate your areas to focus on
  • establish a strengthening program to ease your return to running while lowering your risk of injury

This workshop is perfect for all birthing folx regardless of delivery method. This workshop is foundational knowledge to kickstart your return to movement.
