"Pelvic Pride is redefining the standards of pelvic health care for all through the continued growth of clinical expertise that establishes us as Baltimore’s top pelvic floor experts"

Currently We Are Hiring:
Office Manager
At Pelvic Pride, the Office Manager is the steady center of the clinic—supporting the team, holding the details, and making sure both patients and providers feel taken care of every single day.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and support our front desk team (Patient Care Coordinators) through regular check-ins, guidance, and real-time problem solving
- Own and manage the clinic schedule—ensuring smooth patient flow, optimizing the waitlist, and handling cancellations and evaluations thoughtfully
- Oversee therapist schedules to support balanced caseloads, strong utilization, and a sustainable pace of care
- Step in to support patients when higher-level concerns arise, handling escalations with care, clarity, and professionalism
- Coordinate administrative coverage across locations, including stepping in when team members are out and supporting early/late shifts as needed
- Track and analyze clinic metrics (scheduling, performance, key data points) and share insights to support intentional growth
- Maintain clinic organization, inventory, and overall facility readiness
- Support marketing and communication efforts to help us stay connected to our community
- Ensure consistent, smooth day-to-day operations across all Pelvic Pride locations
This Role Is for You If:
- You take ownership—you don’t wait to be told what to fix, you notice gaps and move to fill them
- You care about both people and process—you want patients to feel supported and systems to run well behind the scenes
- You’re highly organized and someone others rely on to keep things on track
- You can have direct, supportive conversations and hold both accountability and encouragement
- You can zoom out to see the bigger picture while still managing day-to-day details
- You stay steady in a fast-paced environment and adapt as priorities shift
- You enjoy solving problems in real time, especially around scheduling and patient experience
- You’re comfortable working across locations and stepping in where needed
- You’re confident working with data and using it to guide decisions
- You value a collaborative, communicative, and respectful team culture
This Role Is Not for You If:
- You prefer to be given a task list rather than taking initiative
- You avoid hard conversations or struggle with accountability
- You feel overwhelmed by a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- You don’t enjoy real-time problem solving
- You prefer to work independently without being closely involved in team support
- You’re not willing to step in and help wherever needed
- You’re uncomfortable working with metrics or performance data
- You’re looking for a highly predictable, low-variability role
- You’re not aligned with a feedback-driven, collaborative culture
Pelvic Floor Therapist
Pelvic Pride is a growing pelvic floor therapy clinic dedicated to helping patients reclaim comfort, confidence, and control in their bodies. We’re seeking a skilled, compassionate, and enthusiastic Pelvic Floor Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients across the gender spectrum for a variety of pelvic floor concerns
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing education
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress
- Contribute to the clinic culture through mentorship, collaboration, and support
This Role is for You If
- You are passionate about pelvic health and empowering patients through education and therapy
- You thrive in a collaborative, team-focused environment
- You value thoughtful, patient-centered care over high-volume treatment
- You enjoy problem-solving and helping patients navigate complex pelvic floor issues
- You are committed to continuing your professional growth and staying up to date on pelvic health best practices
This Role is Not for You If
- You prefer high-volume, “assembly-line” therapy sessions
- You are uncomfortable discussing sexual health, bowel, or bladder function
- You are not interested in collaborative team-based care or contributing to clinic culture
- You are looking for a role with little patient interaction or hands-on care
