Pelvic Floor Therapy in Roland Park

Pelvic Floor Therapy - Roland Park

We are excited to announce the opening of our new clinic in Roland Park! Pelvic Pride has found its second home inside The Quadrangle Building at Cross Keys.

We will continue to work with everyone who is struggling with pelvic floor issues!

At Pelvic Pride we have built our foundation by providing  top quality care by Baltimore's pelvic floor experts. This means we will continue to successfully help our patients with:

  • Pelvic floor concerns including bowel and bladder issues, prolapse, and pelvic pain
  • Prenatal and postnatal care for all birthing people
  • Gender affirming care for our patients, even if surgery is not part of their gender affirming journey
  • Dry needling as an additional expert level service to help our patients with those stubborn trigger points and pain spots
  • Occupational Therapy for infant development and the treatment of plagiocephaly and torticollis
  • We will also feature our Specialized Programs:
  • Neuropelvic Therapy for those living with neurologic diagnoses
  • Baby & Me Therapy for those who need therapy for themselves and their little one(s) all in one convenient location
  • See a full list of the diagnoses we treat here.
Let's Work Together!

What Our Patients Are Saying About Pelvic Pride

Dr. Joy is by far the best pelvic PT I have ever worked with. Not only is she understanding and approachable. She is by far the most knowledgeable. After years of pain and different doctors/PT's she is by far the best. Not only a great PT but a great human. I highly recommend her treatment.

Dr. Marlena is AMAZING! She truly helped me get back on track with my physical health, which aided my mental health, too. I highly recommend her and this organization for anyone dealing with neurological issues, as well as anything else related to pelvic floor strengthening. They truly work with you to help you meet your healing journey goals.

I can’t say enough good things. I first went to Pelvic Pride weeks before delivering my second child. What I learned in just a few sessions completely transformed my birthing experience! I felt so empowered and was excited to learn that they do holistic PT, not just pelvic work.
