Welcome to Pints & Pelvic Floors: The Podcast.

In Episode 41 we do a quick dive into vaginal washes and why you DO NOT need them!

  • If you need to wash with something, wash the external vulva only, with a mild softsoap
  • Avoid fragrances, scrubbing beads, glitters, sprays, or anything targeting you to make you more appealing ‘down there’
