Emily and I first connected over a desire to chat about how we help people and I quickly knew I needed to invite her on the podcast to share more about her work.

We also touched on Emily’s work with meditation that she offers on Insight Timer - if you are listening when this episode drops definitely go check out her Cozy Up Meditation which is perfect for this winter season.
